Been awhile...

New Stash

I had to add these to my stash.  It is the month of love, so had to buy them.    I have always wanted to make a red and white quilt so here is a good start.   Now I need to find a pattern. Any ideas from anyone?

Binding

I was quite pleased how this one quilted up with a bunch of swirls.  I got the binding sewn down last night so now on to the hand stitching it down.

Love all the sweets :)

Fall table runner that is also waiting for the binding.  That is tonights project.

This quilt my mom quilted with the longarm and I just love it.  The butterflies are perfect for this summer quilt.

The swirls are fun on the curved border.

Then there's the half butterfly landing on the border.

Mom did a great job quilting this and I can't wait to finish  and use it this summer in the camper :)

Proof

Sorry that I have been such a bad blogger.  Here is proof that I have still been sewing.  I found this fabric in Ashern one day and had to buy it for the stash.  Hope to use it sooner then later.I have been working on the boxy stars and I'm very pleased on how they are turning out, 8 done and 12 more to go.  My first scrap project and hope to do many more.

Started my third block and only have about 40 more pieces to put on, I do enjoy it :)

Happy sewing to all.

These placemats were so very easy and only took two days and 8 fat quarters.  If you have lots of fat quarters to use up this is your project.

Boxy Stars.  I think they are turning out all right.

All done the plates now I just need to find the backing material.

Life's a rose

Today is the day that I have time to down load EQ 7, hey. I hope it's really user friendly.

Have a great day.
